To gain increasing influence, over time, with those that would affect our segment of the industry

To offer cutting edge educational material and training for both field and management staff on topics that directly affect your business and the underground utility industry
Networking:
To provide opportunity to expand your sphere of contacts, by having organized social/informational events, whose goal is to get members, prospective members, associates, affiliates, and public/private decision makers more aware of our industry
Industry promotion:
To specifically and purposefully promote industry standards of ethical contracting, safety of workers, community involvement, and industry awareness
Insurance:
To offer several kinds of insurance programs to address the increasing liability facing todays’ underground/utility contractor
Buying Power:
To use the cumulative “buying power” of our association to create products and services at a significant cost savings to our members
Information Exchange:
To provide a forum for the free expression of ideas regarding our industry, and produce publications of various media to carry that information to our members and the public in general.
NUCA of Arizona WILL DO the following:
- Work hard to keep the best services available in the industry, available to our members
- Treat each specific member issue from an industry wide perspective
- Use your membership dues wisely
- Represent your interests in a professional manner
- Keep you informed of what your association, both locally and nationally, is doing for you
- Develop a strong code of ethics, where the NUCA of Arizona name means integrity, honesty and fairness
NUCA of Arizona WILL NOT DO the following:
- Treat one member as more important than another
- Become involved in disputes between members, other than in a conciliatory way
- Be involved in unethical business practices or protect those who are
- Represent the interests of an individual over the interests of the industry
- Accept members not willing to adhere to a strong sense of business and personal integrity and the willingness to unify and to protect our segment of the industry as a whole
